Otter
Client Horse
Otter is used to pony young kids on trail rides Otter happily carries younger riders while following the guide horse that is leading him. Otter is also used for lessons and for some of the rodeo kids. Otter loves to get out and interact with kids.
Whiskey
Client Horse
Whiskey is the "Farm Favorite". He has been there and done that. We are greatly humbled to be able to take on such a wonderful horse. Whiskey has a way of making clients feel comfortable and at home. He is gaited and suited for any level of rider.
Texas
Client Horse
Texas has a lot of history including being rescued multiple times. He is home at the ranch to stay. He is a Morgan Quarter horse cross. Texas was initially trained by Courtney. Texas is not always available due to medical conditions. However, you will often see him out on the trail.
Junior
Client Horse
Junior is a National Show Horse who has participated in 4H. He came to the farm for a visit and has wound up finding a forever home. Junior is ready and available for clients.
Rousey
Client Horse
Rousey used to be a guide horse, but has transitioned to a client horse. She is a farm favorite for Courtney. Rousey is a character all in her own and is known as the farm "princess". She prefers not to get her feet wet and she prefers the least amount of work as possible.
Oliver
Lesson horse, Advanced Trail, & Guide Horse
Oliver is an Appendix Quarter horse, which means he is a mix of Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred. Oliver shines best in the arena giving lessons to all ages. He is also used often as a guide horse. Oliver has a strong personality and character. He is always getting in trouble and prefers the lazy way of life.
Goldie
Client Horse
Goldie is a memory from Courtney's childhood and was purchased in the spring of 2021. Goldie was a brood mare for most of her life until she was donated to a summer camp where she was bought by Courtney. Courtney grew up caring for Goldie and training her offspring. Goldie is in her golden years and is a great horse for first time riders or young kids.
Signa
Client Horse
Signa is Goldie's Daughter and also a memory from Courtney's childhood. Signa is a great horse for first time riders. She is a sweet girl. Signa has an old tendon injury and can only be ridden for one ride a day. We have to keep her healthy and moving, but also have to be mindful of her past.
Fire

Fire is a Halflinger we have had since he was a yearling. Over the past few years he has gained a lot of knowledge and has become the preferred guide horse for most of our guides. Due to his sometimes shy and skittish personality it may be a few years yet before we pass him down to clients.
Feather
​Lesson Horse, Guide Horse
Feather is a Halflinger we have had since she was a yearling. Due to some health issues she took a few years off, but we are very close to having her as a trail horse for clients. Currently she does the rodeo program for the kids, gives lessons, and is used as a guide horse.
Herbie
Lesson Horse
Herbie has been a wonderful addition to the ranch's lesson program. He teaches lesson students a good seat and light hands. We are hoping to use him as a client horse on trail rides this summer. Fire and Herbie look like identical twins and are best buds.
Peppy
Client Horse
Peppy is a tried and true mount. Peppy used to be the main guide horse of the ranch and prefers to be out front. Peppy is rode by clients and currently preforms at the rodeos for the ranch kids.
Caddis
Guide Horse, Courtney's Barrel Horse
Caddis has been seen at the farm in the past owned by a member of Courtney's family. Courtney decided to purchase her this past summer. Courtney has fallen in love with her and loves riding and growing with her. Lauren raced her this last fall and even won some money on her. We look forward to our future with Caddis here on the farm.
Jack
​Trail Horse
​Jack is officially retired from barrel racing and giving lessons. He now just enjoys slow leisurely trail rides on the property with clients.
